- Customers should consult qualified professionals for medical, legal, financial, or immigration matters.
2. Third-party payments
- Third-party expenses (hospital bills, restaurant tabs, travel tickets, admission fees, product purchases, etc.) are paid directly by the customer to the local establishment.
- EZ2Busan never handles third-party payments on behalf of customers.
- Any payment for EZ2Busan's own service fee is collected separately through PayPal at checkout.
3. Provided as-is
- Service results such as photos, research notes, and verification reports are provided as-is based on the visit or research conducted.
- We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, but results reflect the conditions observed at the time of the visit or inquiry.
4. Third-party availability
- Booking confirmations depend on the third-party venue's availability, policies, and operating hours.
- We cannot guarantee that a requested reservation, appointment, or booking will be accepted by the Provider.
- If a booking cannot be confirmed, the service fee is refunded in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
